Yoga at the Museum

This gentle, slow-paced class helps students stretch and tone their muscles, release chronic tension, and cultivate calm and creativity. Bring a mat and come join us!

After purchase, you will be prompted to let us know when you’re dropping in. If you don’t know yet, no worries! Email the Instructor or the Operations Manager when you do know.

Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 PM | Saturdays 10 - 11 AM

Single Session: $9 Member | $10 Non-Member

5-Session Package: $36 Member | $40 Non-Member

Instructor Biography

Penny Keller is the owner of Happy Sloth Health & Fitness. She’s a certified Group Fitness Instructor and a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. Penny started practicing yoga in 2003, taking classes off and on until she started practicing consistently in 2018. It was that consistent practice that made her want to share yoga with others and led her to enroll in yoga teacher training. Penny started teaching yoga in December 2020 after having completed the training.

“One of the things I enjoy about yoga, besides the physical benefits it offers my body, is the inner calm it brings me. Whether I’m doing my practice after a hectic day at work or early in the morning before I get busy with the day, as soon as I step onto the mat my body starts to relax, my mind stops racing, and I know the only thing that matters in that moment is this time I’m taking for self-care and self-love. Whether it's an hour-long practice or 10 minutes, yoga helps me clear my mind and move in the way my mind and body need me to move that day. And that allows me to come away with a calm, peaceful, and loving attitude that makes it a little easier to manage life’s challenges. Won’t you join me on this journey to a healthy lifestyle?”
