The turkey wing in colonial days was used to sweep the hearths. When broom corn was introduced to the United States, its shape was duplicated into a broom we now call the turkey wing whisk. Come try your hand at tying your own turkey wing whisk. As time permits, you should complete 2 brooms. Cord color choices will be available.
